DeepSleep Return & Refund Policy

At DeepSleep, we want you to rest easy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process within 10 days of your purchase.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain sleep products (such as pillows, bedding, or mattresses) may not be eligible for return once opened or used.


Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team within 10 days of purchase to initiate a return.

  2. Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund request.


Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or an incorrect product was sent.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refund Policy
