DeepSleep Shipping Policy

At DeepSleep, we aim to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Please review our Shipping Policy below for details on how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.
1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship in South Africa only.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or restricted locations at this time.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Shipping Delays
While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, DeepSleep is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather or natural disasters).
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Contact us immediately with your order number and details.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if applicable, issue a replacement or refund.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. DeepSleep is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realize there’s an error, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to update your order before it ships.
